Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field CPA candidates preferred Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

We are seeking candidates with Private Equity experience who are interested in providing co-sourcing/outsourcing services for global Private Equity Funds. Team members are responsible for assisting with all aspects of an In-House tax function, including:
• Assisting with transactional matters • Managing multiple internal and external professional resources • Federal, state and foreign compliance • Various special projects

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Review of all federal and state tax returns and K-1s and related filings Assist in gathering data and preparing schedules to be used in preparing tax returns Coordinate tax compliance processes with clients' functional teams and clients' external service providers Review quarterly and year-end estimates Assist in reviewing and responding to federal and state tax notices Support clients' tax function's operational processes Oversee, train and assist associate team members Able and willing to work with client personnel at client location, if needed Meet time restraints and deadlines Support lead person in charge of tax engagement Begin to build and develop quality relationships with clients Become proficient at tax research Assist with other projects as necessary
