JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our guest relations team. Responsible for merchandise sales and inventory in gift shop, greeting and assisting guests/bus groups, and participating in promotional events and theme nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Merchandise sales/maintain working inventory
• Cash register opening and closing, Perform cash/credit/and voucher sales, apply discounts/comp sales, responsible for till
• Greet guest with a smile and assist guest with promotional information, requested items, and tours.
• Answer phones, forward calls, take messages
• Check and safeguard guest coats and belongings (No purses).

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age, with a High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Must possess basic mathematical and computer skills. Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.
