Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and creativity.
• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assess and document children's progress and development regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies.

Requirements:
      *   High School Graduate

• Prior experience working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passion for nurturing children's development and learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Background check clearance required.
