About the Role:
All Aboard Preschool & Childcare in Nottingham, NH is looking for passionate and nurturing Teachers to join their growing team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support early childhood development
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for all children
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety
• Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a positive and cohesive learning environment
• Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies

Requirements:

• Experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of NH childcare licensing requirements and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth
