We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Teacher’s Aide to support our classroom teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Hourly rate: $18.00

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities

Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play

Support children with daily routines, including toileting, handwashing, and transitions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

Help prepare materials and set up activities

Promote positive behavior and social development

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Communicate effectively with teachers and staff regarding children’s needs

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with young children preferred (daycare, preschool, or similar setting)

Knowledge of early childhood development is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be reliable, patient, and attentive

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Up-to-date immunizations and health clearance 

Schedule

 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:40 PM
