Provide high-quality virtual instruction in English II aligned to Texas TEKS and STAAR EOC standards within the HISD Virtual Launchpad program. Design and deliver rigorous synchronous and asynchronous instruction that supports student mastery of reading comprehension, analytical writing, literary analysis, and critical thinking skills. Monitor student engagement and academic progress, provide timely and actionable feedback, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure instructional fidelity, compliance with district and TEA requirements, and measurable academic growth in a structured virtual learning environment.
