Job Summary:
Kiddie Academy of Columbia seeks energetic, optimistic, and inspiring Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will provide creative and caring instruction to children of all ages, contributing to their development and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Exhibits a caring and nurturing personality.
• Maintains a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about working with children.
• Responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children.
• Generally assisted in the classroom by an assistant teacher.
• Ensures that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
• Develops a creative program suitable for their age groups.
• Tracks children’s progress and reports to parents.
• Maintains a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
• Carries out all job duties, including following the classroom schedule, implementing all lesson plans, and following the classroom checklist as well as state and Kiddie Academy regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children
• Early childhood education or related degree/certification
• Passion for early childhood development and education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must meet state licensing requirements
