Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings: $80,000-$110,000+ CAD (after Academy fees).

This range reflects earnings at different stages of building a coaching business at TDA, from instructors developing their student base to established coaches earning six figures annually. Actual earnings vary based on experience and individual effort. Full compensation details will be shared with potential candidates.

Two of TDA's full-time coaches each reached over $100,000 in annual earnings by their second year at the Academy, after Academy fees had been deducted. What makes this particularly impressive is that neither coach arrived with an established student base. Both built their clientele largely from scratch, demonstrating the earning potential available to motivated instructors. Individual earnings vary based on experience and effort.
