Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a manufacturing team as Foam Assembly Associates. This position involves working with foam materials used to manufacture mattresses and other comfort products.

Employees will primarily work with different layers of foam, assembling and bonding materials together to create mattress components. This is a hands-on production position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to keep up in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble foam layers and components used in mattress production.

• Stack, align, and bond different foam pieces together using adhesive materials.

• Follow production instructions to ensure foam layers are assembled correctly.

• Inspect finished products for proper alignment, quality, and defects.

• Move, lift, and position foam materials throughout the production area.

• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work on your feet throughout the shift.

• Comfortable with lifting, moving, and handling foam materials.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
