Position Details:
Shift: Sunday - Thursday
Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $33.97
Location: Euless, TX
Bilingual (English/Spanish): Preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Strong computer skills required
Experience using ERP systems
Experience monitoring and reporting on:
o Employee efficiency
o Utilization
o Production metrics and KPIs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Would like for the candidates to be tested.
Candidate should be comfortable pulling and analyzing reports on operator performance, as efficiency and utilization tracking will be a critical part of this role
