Team Lead - Floor Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced Carpet & Floor Cleaner to travel from site to site and perform professional floor care and cleaning services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience cleaning different types of flooring, carpets, and furniture, as well as operating floor care equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and buff floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Perform floor stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and polishing to maintain floor appearance and quality.

• Clean carpets, furniture, and various flooring surfaces, including tile, wood, and carpet.

• Apply floor finishes and sealants as needed.

• Remove stains, spills, dirt, and debris from floors and carpets.

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including auto-scrubbers, buffers, and industrial vacuums.

• Clean windows, restrooms, and other areas as needed.

• Travel from site to site to complete cleaning assignments.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, report shortages, and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

• Follow cleaning schedules and comply with all safety and health regulations when handling cleaning chemicals.

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in professional carpet and floor cleaning is required.

• Experience with floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.

• Knowledge of different flooring materials and proper cleaning methods.

• Ability to operate floor care machines and cleaning equipment.

• Ability to travel between job sites as required.

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
