Team Lead - Membership & Billing

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor for a health care organization in the metro Detroit Michigan area. This is a hybrid position.

Engagement Description:

• Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit (union) employees on a health insurance membership & billing operations area.
• The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management, administration duties for staff, and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved

Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Previous HealthCare industry experience
• Experience leading in a bargaining unit (Union) environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members

Education/Certifications

• A minimum of 60 college credits is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
