POSITION SUMMARY The Team Lead Residential Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure the effective operation of our 82-unit permanent supportive housing program for individuals and families at Willow Landing. The Team Lead RC is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the provision of non-case management onsite services which includes front desk support, transportation, pool usage, and on-site events. The Team Lead RC reports to the Willow Landing Program Director/Operations Manager and acts as a liaison between these staff and, and the Facilities department which includes the building superintendent, maintenance staff, and housekeeping, as well as a liaison to Property Management and the onsite commercial tenants. The team lead is responsible for the supervision of RC's bus drivers, and lifeguards while also providing administrative oversight of building needs. Core duties include serving as an escalation point for onsite service needs. Hours will be determined based upon program staffing needs. Position is a 32 hour/week full-time position with benefits.
