We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and experienced Team Lead, Workplace Experience to elevate and optimize our employee experience and critical facility operations. What You''ll Do:

• Oversee and manage building access protocols, maintaining accurate tracking systems for keys and access cards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with property management, ensuring efficient building maintenance and timely resolution of facility-related issues.
• Manage day-to-day building operations, proactively identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
• Respond to employee inquiries and workplace-service requests, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.
• Supervise, mentor, and performance-manage Workplace Associates and other team members for sustained periods, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Conduct evaluations for specialists and team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other operations departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
• Promote a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
• Strategically manage vendor relationships and operational budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Translate operational vision into actionable plans, anticipate challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making, continuously optimizing workplace operations.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

What You''ll Bring:

• Bachelor''s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR significant equivalent experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, commercial real estate, and/or property management, including at least 1 year in a direct supervisory role.
• Experience supervising Office Managers or administrative staff handling day-to-day office operations is highly valued.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships, operational budgets, and a working understanding of lease negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet.
• A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, identify needs, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable vendor and partner terms.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and anticipate future needs.
• Strong leadership capabilities-able to inspire teams, build consensus, and navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working with data, identifying trends, and using insights to guide operational decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex operational challenges.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences and fostering a positive employee environment.
• Understanding of confidential information and sensitivities.
• Experience in commercial real estate or the hospitality industry is a significant asset.
• Working knowledge of marketing/advertising agency operations, business systems, and project management processes is a plus
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week is required
