We're hiring a
Production Team Lead with hands-on manufacturing leadership experience to oversee employees and day-to-day shop-floor performance.
Schedule:
? 3rd Shift:
9:30 PM–6:00 AM
? Sunday night through Friday morning
?
$37–$40/hour
? Ankeny, Iowa
? Overtime may be available/required
Responsibilities:- Supervise production employees
- Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency
- Coach employees and address performance concerns
- Support employee training and development
- Drive 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate manpower and production priorities
- Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues
Ideal Experience:- Manufacturing/production leadership
- Direct supervision of hourly employees
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Continuous Improvement
- Safety and quality-focused production environments
- SAP, Excel, SharePoint, or Power BI experience is a plus
Candidates must be comfortable working
onsite on a manufacturing shop floor and working the permanent 3rd-shift schedule.
