Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs
- Train new hires and set the tone for each shift
- Lead by example as a friendly, encouraging team player
- Manage opening/closing duties and key holder responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication with team members
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a friendly smile
- Ability to create and maintain eye contact
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
