Your first step into management. Run the shift, lead your crew, and make sure every guest leaves happy. The work

•Lead the crew on the floor and give each person a position

•Keep service fast, friendly, and accurate. Help at the register or drive-thru during rush times

•Coach and train team members with kind, clear feedback

•Follow food safety and Burger King standards

•Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists

•Handle cash drawers as trained

•Keep the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen clean

Requirements

•A friendly, dependable person who leads by example

•6 months or more in a quick service restaurant

•Minimum age: 18 or older

•Reliable transportation

•Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

•Willing to earn ServSafe and Burger King University (BKU) certifications

•Able to work legally in the U.S.
