Position Overview of the Team Leader
I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.

- Base pay $40,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped commission structure
