Urban Air Adventure Park in Collierville, TN is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Our Team Members help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest who visits the park. Position Summary
Team Members assist with daily park operations, including guest services, attraction monitoring, cleaning, and helping ensure a safe and exciting environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed
- Assist guests with questions and provide directions around the park
- Maintain the cleanliness of attractions, seating areas, and common spaces
- Work with team members and management to ensure smooth park operations
- Follow all Urban Air safety procedures and company policies

Age Requirements
We hire Team Members starting at 14 years old in accordance with Tennessee child labor laws.

For applicants ages 14–15:
- Work hours are limited by Tennessee state labor laws during the school year and summer months.
- Because of these limitations, most available shifts will be on weekends.
- Additional restrictions may apply regarding late evening hours and total hours worked per week.
Applicants 16 years and older may have more flexible scheduling opportunities, including weekday night shifts.

Schedule
- Part-time positions available
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and park needs
Hours of Operation (School in Session)
- Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
