About the Role:
Chicken Express in Fredericksburg, TX is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our crew! Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner at the counter or drive-thru
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Prepare and package menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, dining area, and kitchen
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Uphold all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or meet local employment requirements)
