Key Responsibilities

• Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, sandwiches and salads to perfection.
• Portion, prep, and stock fresh ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Work effectively during busy shifts to meet customer demands.
• Provide friendly and positive service to all guests.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, along with general kitchen responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Culinary experience, particularly with salad preparation, is a plus.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal presentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Schedule
This position is full-time or part time, with shifts available from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Sunday. Weekend availability is a requirement.
