Team Member & Team Lead - Eagle store

Soft Landing soft serve is looking for high-energy, service-minded individuals to join our team in our Eagle store. If you enjoy people, care about the details, and have food service experience, this might be the spot for you.

• Swirling soft serve cones, cups, sundaes, and floats we take pride in making our treats look as good as they taste
  
• Welcoming guests, answering questions, offering samples, and helping customers navigate the menu
  
• Taking orders and operating the register with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency
  
• Working in the kitchen to prep toppings, batch ingredients, and bake our housemade treats
  
• Keeping the shop clean and inviting by wiping tables, straightening chairs, restocking supplies, and maintaining spotless work areas
  
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup to support a smooth and efficient workflow
  
• Stocking and organizing inventory, including moving supplies and 50-lb crates of soft serve base
  
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and create a great guest experience
  

You re a great fit if you:

• Are 18 or older
  
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  
• Have previous food service experience (required)
  
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking with people
  
• Are energetic, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet
  
• Care about quality and presentation from a perfectly swirled cone to a gleaming front counter
  
• Are a team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed
  
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable with physical tasks like moving crates of soft serve base and arranging tables and chairs in the store.
