Culver’s Team Member's are the key people in the restaurant. Working with the entire True Blue Crew to keep the restaurant running smoothly and ensuring the team and guests are well taken care of. You will learn communication skills, develop people skills and have fun doing it while learning about food safety and how to run the best restaurant in the industry.

What you’ll do:

Provide excellent guest service and hospitality

Help prepare and/or serve great food

Support great dining and meal experiences for guests

Help other team members out in a unified workplace
