Job Description:

15+ years of overall IT/Engineering application experience with at least 10+ years in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations, transformations, upgrades, migrations, and support programs.

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Program Manager to lead large-scale PLM transformation initiatives involving Siemens Teamcenter. The candidate will be responsible for program strategy, solution delivery, stakeholder management, governance, budget control, and successful implementation of PLM solutions across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product development organizations.

The role requires strong expertise in managing large Teamcenter implementations, integrations, data migration, Agile delivery, and global program leadership. Experience managing multi-million-dollar PLM programs across multiple geographies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM transformation programs from blueprinting through hypercare.
• Establish program governance, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.
• Define program roadmap, milestones, release plans, and deployment strategy.
• Manage program financials, budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management (RAID governance).

Stakeholder Management

• Engage business sponsors, engineering leadership, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops with business process owners and subject matter experts.
• Manage communication with global stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Present program status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
