This vital onsite, second-shift contractor role (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) is perfect for hands-on problem-solvers eager to launch or advance their technical career in a regulated laboratory environment. You'll work directly with experienced supervisors to support daily test lab operations, develop technical skills, and contribute to real-world engineering projects.
[Responsibilities]
Execute engineering tests for design verification, stability, and feasibility studies
Assist in equipment qualification and test method validation projects
Troubleshoot and resolve test request inconsistencies
Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold lab compliance standards
Support process improvements to streamline lab operations
Collaborate with verification and validation teams to ensure accurate testing
[Required Skills and Experience]
Bachelor's in Science or Associate's in Applied Science (no experience required), or High School Diploma with 4+ years' experience in a regulated lab setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow good documentation and laboratory practices
Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working with PPE and handling chemicals or biological samples
