• Complete PLACE Launch training and weekly script practice.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes.
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, marketing, and listing services.
• Negotiate offers and contracts for buyers and sellers.
• Manage tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Host open houses weekly

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead her to grow.
