Description
Our global client is looking for Tech Lead to spearhead global Guidewire implementation. This high visibility role is for a 6 month contract to begin with strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to integrate and spearhead implementation of Guidewire Claims Center global implementation
- Plan, oversee and execute staffing needs, liaise with relevant business units (BA/Product/PM etc) in development, planning, scope, sizing and implementation of the Claims portfolio.
- Spearhead key stakeholder relationship management
- Ensure unit and functional tests are integrated part of the CI/CD pipeline, spearhead Claims eco-system (3rd party integrations and relevant systems)
Requirements
Must haves:
- 10+ years in overall IT experience, most of which has been within Guidewire Claims Center capacity
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must currently reside in relevant US States and be legally allowed to work in the US
- Deep know how of Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
- Deep know how of XML, Code Scan Plugin/Tools, Code Coverage, GIT/TFS/Subversion, GUnit, Netsparker, Sonarqube and relevant technologies
- Expertise in Guidewire API, Modelling
- Deep know how of Apache Tomcat or similar application. Deep know how of J2EE, Tomcat, SQL Server
- Deep know how of Guide Wire Claim Center
- Deep know how of DevSecOps and managing CI/CD pipeline
- Hands-on experience with Commercial Insurance industry
