Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Lead to lead our Infrastructure Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Azure identity management, specifically Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Azure AD.
• Oversee the administration of Azure AD, including user provisioning, access management, and security policies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services with business applications.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure services and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the infrastructure team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure identity management, specifically Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Proven experience in infrastructure management and project delivery in a cloud environment.
• In depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to identity and access management.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline infrastructure processes.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience with ITIL framework and service management practices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving project success.
