Tech Lead - Software Engineer

Job Title: Full stack Developer Location: FPL US FL Juno Beach Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Developer with a strong focus on .NET Development on Azure. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating expertise in both front end and back end technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast paced environment, delivering high quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Development, specifically with ASP.NET Core.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
• Solid understanding of front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Proficient in database design and management, particularly with SQL Server.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and Azure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget.
