Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a strong background in Full Truck Loads to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Full Truck Loads logistics and the ability to apply Agile principles to enhance team performance and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilize metrics and KPIs to track team performance and drive accountability.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide training and support to teams transitioning to Agile methodologies.
Leverage Full Truck Loads knowledge to optimize logistics processes and enhance project outcomes.
Mandatory Skills:
7 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong knowledge and experience in Full Truck Loads logistics.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP Client).
Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
