We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Vue.js + Nuxt.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end architecture, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with business and product stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Define front-end development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive technical decisions, solution design, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Development & Delivery
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components.
- Design and implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API-driven architectures using Nuxt.js.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate technical risks.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote engineering excellence.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven engineering culture.
Quality & Performance
- Establish coding standards and development guidelines.
- Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of software development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.
- Strong experience with Nuxt.js, SSR, SSG, and modern front-end architectures.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and application scalability.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 175,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
