As a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Corporate Sector/ Chief Technology Office - Operations Execution & Governance - Risk, Controls and Regulartory team, you will be responsible for identifying, and mitigating compliance and operational risks in line with the firm''s standards. You will also provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to technology-aligned process owners, ensuring that implemented controls are operating effectively and in compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards. By partnering with various stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators, you will contribute to the reporting of a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on the business. Your advanced knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and theories will enable you to drive innovative solutions and effectively manage a diverse team in a dynamic and evolving risk landscape.
You will help shape governance capabilities, drive adoption across regions, and enable innovation in a well-controlled way. As a member of the Firmwide Citizen Development Control Governance team within Risk, Control & Regulatory (RCAR), specifically you will translate strategy into clear programs, projects, and releases that deliver measurable outcomes across business units and technologies supported by the team. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs, prioritize work, and translate requirements into discrete deliverables. You will also plan and facilitate working sessions, define business requirements and high-level conceptual designs, and balance technical, operational, and business considerations as you oversee end-to-end delivery. Success in this role requires strong project execution, clear communication, and the ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, global environment
