Job Title: Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with over 15 years of experience to lead our Agile transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in diverse environments. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within our teams.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to enhance their performance and productivity.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well defined and prioritized product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teama s progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment and learn from their experiences.
Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
Provide training and workshops on Agile methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
Measure and report on team performance metrics to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between teams and management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a variety of settings.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP Client), or equivalent.
Experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations.
Qualifications:
Bachelora s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
