TECH SUPPORT IT/PD LIAISON TECHNICIAN

IN PERSON POSITION - To act as a first level of support for Police Department information technology needs. This role ensures that technology systems, digital tools, and data driven solutions fully support law enforcement operations, officer safety, and community focused policing. By aligning IT capabilities with departmental needs, the liaison enhances efficiency, reliability, and strategic decision making.

To act a second level of support for incoming calls to the IT Department for technical assistance and to install, support, and maintain PC hardware and software. Provide help desk assistance to city employees; troubleshoot problems and take corrective action; and to stay aware of advancements in technology as it relates to the city's installed systems.
