Position Summary: The Tech Support position at Washburn University provides assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors to the Washburn campus.
Essential Functions:
Answer phones, work on computers, troubleshoot issues, and assist with drop-in traffic to IT room.
Provide overall IT support for Washburn campus.
Performs additional job related duties as assigned.
Non-Essential Functions:
Make trips across Washburn Tech campus to provide support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and customer service skills.
