Job Summary:This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their successful adoption and operational health of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will act as a primary technical point of contact, proactively addressing client needs and driving strategic discussions to maximize their investment. A deep understanding of client environments and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for key client accounts.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for clients.
- Develop and deliver strategic technical guidance to clients.
- Drive resolution of critical technical issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in consultative technical support roles.
This role requires experience in marketing technology, specifically with enterprise-level clients and their digital transformation initiatives.
