Technical Analyst supporting the implementation of AI-first platform for the Insurance Brokerage business.
This role will support the first phase of implementation by establishing processes for monitoring systems performance, identifying breaks/issues, reviewing logs, and creating dashboards for visibility across multiple internal and vendor platforms.
The client is seeking a technical resource with the following skills/capabilities:
Strong communication both written and verbal
Strong business analysis / systems analysis capabilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to accurately interpret requirements
Ability to work independently to get up to speed (learning agility)
Ability to develop new processes
Ability to document procedures
Experience with systems implementations / development cycles

Experience in logging and monitoring with ability to interpret/read logs from multiple tools
Experience building Data Dog dashboards and integrations
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
Experience with JIRA
