Job Description

Primary purpose:-

Understand line-of-business requirements and translate them into clear technical and integration specifications.

Requirements & documentation:

Gather and analyze requirements and produce BRDs, TRDs, design documents, and interface specifications.

Integration analysis:

Define source-to-target mappings, transformations, data flows, dependencies, and end-to-end system interactions.

Delivery coordination:

Work across business, architecture, development, QA, and middleware teams while tracking dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Development & design support:

Clarify functional behavior and mapping requirements and review technical/integration designs for alignment.

Testing & issue resolution:

Support QA/UAT, integration scenarios, defect triage, and production issue clarification.

Agile delivery:

Participate in refinement, planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

Core capabilities:

Requirements analysis, stakeholder management, technical documentation, integration and data mapping, dependency analysis, technical design review, development coordination, QA/UAT, defect triage, Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and strong communication and analytical skills.
