Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, distributed, on-premises and cloud-based services and applications across multiple technologies.
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with strong focus on CSDM, CMDB, ITSM and Integrations.
- Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
- Drive solution design, development support, testing strategies, PoCs and migration planning.
- Design and support third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server and related technologies.
- Lead successful implementation of architectural designs while managing risks, governance and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze complex problems and present clear solution options.
- Develop reliable technical solution plans including estimates and optimized delivery approaches.
- Analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements and provide design adjustments.
- Define, develop and maintain reference architectures, domain models and design patterns.
- Identify emerging and disruptive technologies to deliver business value.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
- Ensure governance, compliance and architectural alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Support digital transformation and technology / application rationalization initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
- 8 to 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on application hosting, solution architecture and design.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise including solution design and platform architecture.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, Integrations and Workshops.
- Strong experience delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and KPIs.
- High-level understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile frameworks.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies - HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript / AJAX.
- Strong hands-on experience in integrations - REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise components - LDAP, SSO, SSL and security / infrastructure technologies.
- Strong customer-facing, consultative, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance delivery environment.
