Job Description:- Analyze business processes and gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical requirements.
- Work with business, development, operations, and QA teams to support solution delivery.
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, backlog refinement, and UAT support.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support mainframe-based business operations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.
Mandatory Requirements:- 7 10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and business analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and mainframe utilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Georgia.
