Location: Weehawken, NJ (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Bill Rate-$50-$55/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Employee Stock Plans, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, drive solution design, and support implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, or Equity Compensation platforms
• Experience with Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting related to equity compensation programs
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Oracle, Azure, and UI-based application environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IFRS 2, ASC 718, RSUs, Stock Eligible to workions, ESPP, and equity compensation accounting
• Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
• Experience supporting large financial institutions such as Banking, Brokerage, Fidelity, Schwab, or similar organizations
• Experience working with global delivery teams, offshore teams, and third-party vendors
• Prior experience supporting transformation or modernization programs

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Support solution design, testing, validation, and implementation
• Collaborate with Oracle, Azure, and application development teams
• Support financial and regulatory reporting processes
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities
