About the Role

Are you the person who notices what everyone else missed-and makes sure things get finished correctly?

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is analytical, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and technically capable. This role connects business needs with technology solutions and supports integrations, ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and third-party applications.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership, figure things out, and run with them. You should be able to quickly understand what needs to happen, organize and prioritize your work, and move projects forward without constant oversight.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the liaison between internal departments, technology partners, and vendors.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Develop and manage user stories throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support integrations using Power Platform and Boomi (iPaaS).
• Build, test, and roll out business templates through Docentric.
• Test ERP updates, integrations, and automations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Document business processes, workflows, system designs, and process improvements.
• Identify business pain points and use technology to develop practical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Work proactively with stakeholders and vendors to keep projects moving and follow issues through to resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, technical analysis, systems, ERP, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and authentication protocols.
• Experience with technical documentation and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ecommerce platforms preferred.
• Experience with Power Platform, Boomi, or Docentric is a plus.

Success Metrics

• 100% of assigned user stories delivered within committed sprint/timeline.
• Zero critical defects found in ERP updates, integrations, or automations within 30 days of deployment.
• At least 90% of Power Platform and Boomi (iPaaS) integrations pass testing without post-deployment rework
• At least 3 business processes, workflows, or systems design documents completed and kept current per quarter.
• Requirement change requests after stakeholder sign-off reduced to fewer than 10% of scoped items per project.
• Positive feedback from internal departments and external partners/vendors on clarity of translated requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office technology. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, occasionally move throughout the workplace, and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners. The employee may occasionally move office materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
