Technical Business Analyst | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available

- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE Technical Business Analyst
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, goals, and process requirements.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria that development teams can implement.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout delivery.
- Analyze data, business rules, and system behavior to support solution design and decision-making.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR Technical Business Analyst
- Proven ability to gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, and documentation analysis.
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, or other implementation-ready artifacts.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and how business requirements move from discovery through delivery.
- Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending practical solutions.
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving decisions, and following up on action items across multiple stakeholders.
