Technical Delivery Mgr duties:

Serves as technical expert who provides project management leadership in the development and delivery of applications and services for a specific business process.

Responsible for a single technical project of medium to high complexity or a group of smaller, unrelated technical projects/break-fix items.

Develop and drive technical strategy for IT project based on project objectives and business requirements

Assist in the creation of architecture and detailed design documentation per required deliverables within a project

Allocate and direct technical resources to accomplish project tasks ensuring effective utilization

Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy

Responsible for Release Management planning and coordination with internal/external teams

Participate in defect triage and work with project team/vendors to resolve prioritized defect fixes

Ensure Technology infrastructure is ready on time and that the application is successfully transitioned to sustain

Identify and manage project issues/risks to closure and provide proper visibility to stakeholders

Work with project management counterparts to deliver broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences

Generate an inclusive workgroup environment, which encouraged cross-group collaboration
