Position Overview
Seeking a Technical Engineer II to support business-critical financial services applications and vendor-hosted platforms. This is primarily a technical engineering, infrastructure support, systems analysis, testing, and documentation role with extensive interaction between business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly learn complex systems, think critically, ask insightful questions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and help drive technical initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain infrastructure surrounding vendor-hosted platforms.
• Coordinate between business and technology teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure initiatives remain on track.
• Participate in testing and QA-related activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist with document management, scanning, and archiving solutions.
• Work with systems involving:
  • Commercial customer processing
  • Payment processing
  • Financial services operations
  • Document storage and retention (7-year archive requirements)
• Support vendor-managed applications and integrations.
• Contribute to light development activities as needed.
• Diagram and document system workflows and architecture.
