Technical Equipment Sales Support Specialist (TESS)

Build your career with an established, growing HVAC equipment team. This role combines technical sales support, customer service, and project coordination. You’ll work with customers, consulting engineers, and internal sales staff to select equipment, prepare quotations, and support projects from design and bidding through ordering and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product selections and quotations for customers and sales staff.

• Support consulting engineers throughout design and bidding with equipment selections, submittals, schedules, and specifications.

• Read and interpret mechanical construction plans and specifications.

• Maintain accurate project and quotation records in the CRM.

• Place orders, monitor order status, and coordinate delivery confirmations.

• Learn and use equipment selection, quotation, and business software.

• Help customers address technical questions and system issues.

• Assist with the planning and logistics of training seminars.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a collaborative approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Willingness to learn technical products and software.

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, sales support experience, or equipment sales experience is preferred.
