From an extensive inventory of ready-to-ship electrical products to UL certified assembled equipment, we provide electrical solutions to satisfy the most demanding requirements of the electrical construction industry. All Current is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey with distribution and assembly facilities strategically located across the U.S. We seek team members to come grow with us!

Pay Range: $95,000 to $125,000

Job Summary

Plans, schedules, and manages one or more manufacturing production processes. Incorporates organization-wide operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into manufacturing processes. Monitors production metrics, responds to and resolves problems. Assists with planning and directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials. Collaborates with leaders to manage and resolve workforce or labor issues and develop solutions. May require a bachelors degree. Typically reports to a director. M02-Manager (True 1st level Manager) : Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in low voltage electrical systems, components, and associated materials.
  • Thorough working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its practical application.
  • Receive and process RFQs from the sales team; develop accurate build quote packages and review or incorporate applicable submittals and specifications.
  • Capable of accurately quoting from multiple electrical brands and building those based on our in stock inventory, including: (power distribution panels, elevator control switches, control panels, starters, contactors, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate all required technical details - including specifications, quantities, and sketches - to ensure receipt of accurate quote packages.
  • Manage and sustain communication throughout the full project lifecycle
  • RFQ -> Quote -> PO -> Order -> Build -> Shipment
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and deliver results on time.
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively identify, document, and address scheduling issues and errors.

Job Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with low voltage electrical gear and associated equipment or 2 years with quoting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong and reliable mathematical aptitude
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications and internal systems with ease
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
