Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Implementation Manager to lead complex customer software implementations for an innovative AI technology platform serving credit unions, community banks, and other financial institutions.
The platform delivers AI-powered conversational experiences and automates customer interactions across voice, digital, and employee-assisted channels.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership opportunity for an implementation professional who can manage multiple enterprise deployments, coordinate technical integrations, lead customer relationships, and build scalable implementation processes in a growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise software implementations, from project kickoff and planning through deployment, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
- Manage approximately 7–10 concurrent customer implementation projects while maintaining timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead customer meetings, provide implementation updates, manage escalations, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
- Coordinate integrations involving core banking systems, online banking platforms, lending technology, credit card systems, and related financial technology solutions.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful implementations.
- Track implementation defects, technical dependencies, product changes, and outstanding issues through resolution.
- Manage a 2–4 week post-launch hypercare period to ensure platform stability and customer readiness.
- Develop implementation playbooks, workflows, documentation, reporting, and repeatable delivery processes from the ground up.
- Continuously improve implementation operations as self-service capabilities and AI tools evolve.
- Leverage AI productivity tools to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical project management, or technology delivery.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B SaaS implementations for enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, dependencies, risks, and customer expectations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing customer-facing implementation engagements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently develop implementation processes and improve operational workflows.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% of the month to customer locations across the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing software solutions for credit unions, community banks, or other financial institutions.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, online banking platforms, lending technology, and financial services integrations.
- Exposure to conversational AI, voice AI, agentic AI, or contact center technology.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology startup.
- Previous experience building implementation processes, playbooks, or delivery functions from the ground up.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $185,000–$230,000 per year.
- Performance Bonus: 10%, tied to successful implementation launches.
