Technical Lead (Matillion With Snowflake)

    Job Description

    Mandatory Skills    Matillion DW ELT/ETL, Snowflake, DataStage
    • Lead the design, development, and solutions with a strong focus on Automation, ETL orchestration (mattilion), database design (Snowflake), and data transformations.
    • Own technical decisions related to database architecture, schema design, and data modeling
    • Review and guide development of complex SQL, transformations, and performance-optimized data pipelines.
    • Proven experience in Agile projects
    • Prior experience as a Technical Lead
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead both client and development teams
    • Strong BI/ETL background (Matillion, Snowflake, DataStage)
    • Mandatory Healthcare domain experience (Member, enrollment, eligibility, EMR, E H R space)
    • Experience managing development teams
    • Knowledge of APIs, Apigee, and SFDC
    • Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues.
