Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and agile delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions and leading technical discussions to align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Architecture and Design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Proficiency in Agile Delivery, including participation in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with API development, authentication, and data synchronization patterns.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce security models and governance standards.
• Experience in leading Salesforce deployment processes.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
